Tim was a great host, and we had a very comfortable stay. The location’s fantastic, the service was friendly, and the facilities were good. Really enjoyed the English breakfast, thank you :)

The rooms are beautiful and have a view, and it was lovely and warm and cosy. There’s tea and coffee in the room, plus plenty of parking. It’s central to town, and breakfast was lovely with lots of variety.

A really good find. The check-in was easy, breakfast was great, and the service felt professional and dedicated. It’s just a few streets from town, and the place is spotless and welcoming. Book here if that’s what you need.

We were very comfortable at Elm Tree Lodge, and our host was really helpful. Keswick itself is a beautiful little place, with loads of pubs and restaurants. A lovely stop along the Cumbria Way.

Tim made us feel very welcome, and the room was cleaned every day. We especially liked the big breakfast table, which made chatting with other guests feel easy. My husband is coeliac, but breakfast was no problem, and there was even a gluten free biscuit in the room by the tea station. One of my favourite B&B's in Keswick so far. Thanks for a lovely stay!
