This was our second stay in Appt 2, and the central location and comfortable accommodation are why we came back. The decor and furnishings are great, and the place is spotless despite being dog friendly. There’s a welcoming pack with wine and local produce, plus a massive bed to collapse into after a day out. Joan’s standards are unbeatable. You can see how much pride she takes in the property: while we were there, a local.horticultural company came by to replace the flowers in the front windowboxes. Thanks again, Joan.

We stayed a very nice week in apartment 5, which takes up the whole first floor. There are three bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, and one also has a bath; that room overlooks the main road and car park. At the front there’s a small seating area for taking in the stunning views, with the kitchen/dinning area leading into a large sitting room. The modern apartment is in a great location with beautiful views. Number locks on the doors meant we didn’t need to worry about a key. Parking outside is allowed from 4 pm to 10 am. We parked in the opposite car park or by the lake at other times, after giving them our registration before arrival. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

The apartment was lovely and clean, with everything needed to make a stay comfortable.

Angela the Housekeeper was available for any questions. The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and in tip-top condition, with every facility, including a drying room and washing machines. Its location is excellent, close to town and the lake. The park is just across the road, with a cafe, mini golf and pitch & putt, and it’s a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view.

We had a baby with us, so the communal laundry room was useful, and the drying room downstairs was great too. Angela, the housekeeper, was very welcoming and happy to help with anything. The apartment was very clean, with a comfy king sized bed, lovely bathroom, well-stocked kitchen where we cooked most days, and a comfy lounge. We stayed for a week in appartment 2, a fantastic ground floor one bed. There’s one parking space, though getting into it is tight, and the car is off the road. The location is great, just a minute's walk from central Keswick. The only small drawback for anyone who wants to cook is that the cupboards are full of kitchen items, leaving little room for food that doesn’t need refrigeration. We moved a few things around and made it work. We’ll definitely be back!
