I booked a room for 16th April 2022 and was charged a few days before I was due to arrive. Then the property emailed to say my arrival date had been changed successfully. Without telling me, they had moved the booking to the same date in 2023. I’m glad I check my emails regularly. When I called, they said they would put me in another property, but that never happened. I had to find somewhere else at the last minute and spend extra money. Be very careful when booking here, and check your emails before travelling.

The contact number is a mobile, and I think it may be a personal number rather than a business line. It was answered with just “hello,” with no business name. When I asked about my booking, the woman had no idea who I was and couldn’t find any details, even though I’d received a confirmation email directly from them. She was also very frosty and unwelcoming on the phone. I cancelled the reservation and wouldn’t try to book with them again.

I couldn’t get into the room and couldn’t seem to reach anyone to get the correct code, so I had to make other arrangements. I still haven’t had confirmation of a refund. They did apologize and send the right code shortly after 10pm, but by then I was already on my way somewhere else.

The place was clean and the price was cheap, though you’ll be parking on a busy street. I’d booked a double but was given a single, and when I arrived the door code didn’t work.
