We paid a lot to stay here, and it was easily the worst room I've ever had, despite how often I travel. The rooms looked nothing like the photos, weren't clean, and my mother-in-law found hair in the beds. The sheets were old, and the bathrooms smelled of damp and mold. I raised it with Helen the owner, but she didn't respond and blocked me on Whatsapp. I don't usually post negative reviews, but after being blocked I feel I need to say what the rooms were like. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking this room.

The location makes this a handy base, right by the train and bus stations and the town centre, and it has what you need for either a short or longer visit. Helen is amazing, quick to reply to messages and ready to help when needed. The place is warm in winter, with electric blankets on the beds, and fans are provided in summer. Even though the accommodation is shared, it's well run. The rooms are clean and the shared spaces tidy every time I stay. Always a great stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting kings Lynn or coming for work.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and lovely, and the bathroom was spotless too. Fresh towels, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV with Netflix were all there. Great location, 10/10. I'll recommend it and would definitely come back.

The place was clean, comfortable and just as described, with quiet, safe surroundings. Getting back after the Mariah Carey festival at Sandringham was easy: I could return to King’s Lynn and then walk a short, safe route to the Airbnb, even late at night. Check-in was simple and communication went smoothly. BrickSage Rooms, King's Lynn The Walks was a great choice for the weekend, especially since it's about a 3-minute walk from King’s Lynn train station. I'd happily book again for Sandringham events or anything around King’s Lynn. Best regards Rachel
