A lovely breakfast sets you up for the day, and it's a nice little walk into town. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and the beautiful building is spotless throughout. Rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. I'll always stay here when I'm in King's Lynn. Try it for yourself and you'll see. 👍👍❤️

The hosts had thought of everything, and were friendly without being over the top. They even brought our suitcases down without us asking. Breakfast was beautifully served, with very good coffee and a well-cooked full English. The fried egg was just right, and there were lots of extras on a separate set of shelves, including jams and marmalade. The bed was very good, and the room and bathroom had everything we needed. Absolutely nothing to fault. Well done! ♥️♥️

We stayed one night last Monday while cycling the rebellion way. The beds were super comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were delightful. There's a locked garage for bikes and we could charge our electric bikes. Strongly recommend.

The breakfast looked like a little work of art, and the pillows were so comfortable I could have left mine at home. It felt wonderfully homely. Una and Malcom made us feel very welcome and were happy to help with anything. They even brought fresh milk for our room drinks when we asked. It was more than we expected, though we hadn't expected much.
