Breakfast worked really well for us, even with our coeliac dietary needs. Before we arrived, the hosts had asked what we needed, and they were happy to help with anything. The room suited our family of four, and our youngest slept just as comfortably on the pull-out bed as the rest of us. We’ll definitely be back.

Sarah made our short visit feel like a proper welcome, and the location was lovely. The B&B also stood out for all the thoughtful little touches. You could tell a lot of care had gone into planning it, and the quality was very good for the price.

We’ve stayed at this B&B several times, and I really can’t praise it enough. The rooms are spotless, breakfast is excellent, and the room was stocked with treats, including four bottles of wine, all top quality. When we realised we’d forgotten dog food and the shops were already shut, the host left a tin outside our door by the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble.

We found it peaceful and comfortable, with plenty of space for the two of us. The hosts were friendly, and we could park off the road. It was just right for visiting family and the local area.

The hostess really went out of her way to make our stay memorable. It’s a luxurious B&B close to Knaresborough.
