We stayed a week at Laburnum by the Sea while visiting family and would happily return. The modern apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped, with a spacious living area for two, a very comfy bed, bathroom toiletries and a bottle of prosecco. There’s a nice outdoor space, though the bad weather kept us from using it. Jaime was lovely and easy to reach. The apartment is a short walk from Lancing Beach, Lancing Town Centre and the Railway Station. We didn’t go sightseeing, but as regular visitors we know there’s plenty nearby. The Perch on Lancing beach is lovely for breakfast, with a fabulous view.

We’ve stayed three times this year and really like the tidy, lovely apartment. The private garden was fantastic for our dog, and the beach is extremely close. It has everything you need, and Jaime has been a great, helpful host from the start, always available when I had a question. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Even with wintery weather, the apartment was warm and had everything we could have wanted. It was easy to find, clean, well equipped, and the instructions and communication were clear. The bathroom was well stocked too. Thinking about coming back in summer!

A really lovely place, decorated with good taste. Shops and the beach are only a short walk away, and the back garden is a sun trap for your own use. Great WiFi and a huge TV with Netflix, too.

Clean and well looked after, with the beach, shops and public transport all close by. It’s a perfect getaway for a weekend or a week, and I’ll gladly stay again.
