Breakfast was hot and really tasty, and Ivy was there to help us feel at home. Our front-facing room had plenty of space, with a double and a single bed. It was clean, and the toilet and showers were spotless too. The mattress was a bit springy and could be better. Strongly recommend.

Ivy was friendly and glad to offer advice, and breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and had all the amenities. On arrival, the house rules were explained clearly, and the booking had gone smoothly too. We had an excellent stay and would recommend the place. We'd come back.

Ivy's breakfast is the best. Had a fabulous stay and slept so well. Ivy and Siebe feel like family now.

We had salmon for breakfast, cooked by our hosts after they'd asked what we wanted for Sunday. Our host was so kind on a Saturday night, suggesting places to eat and even offering to book us a table. We stayed one night at Derrin Guest House in Larne while touring in Ireland. The room was fine for a night. I'd recommend the B&B if you're visiting Gobbins, for instance.

The guest house is lovely, with nice rooms and a great breakfast. It was friendly too, and handy for both the town centre and a short drive to the ferry terminal. We'll definitely stay again if we're catching an early ferry.
