We only stayed for the night, but the warmth and hospitality from Peter and Bex really stood out. They were a lovely, helpful couple and very accommodating. The place felt homely, with duvet and pillow covers in the same pattern as ours at home, and even the shampoos and shower gels were brands we use. Such a nice coincidence. The food was good too. The pub was closed when we arrived on a Sunday evening, so Peter kindly made our parents a fabulous vegan meal with rice. The portions were good enough for us to try some as well. I liked the local ale too. :)

The staff were really friendly and the food was excellent. The steak was cooked just right and came in a good-sized portion. We'd definitely return if we were in the area.

The food and drinks were great, and the welcome was friendly. It’s a traditional pub with a lovely open fire. The menu was reduced, which was a bit disappointing, though I understand it’s January and footfall is limited.

We were staying at Pendine Sands and phoned just after 3 pm on Sunday to ask about Sunday dinner for three. The landlord, whose name I never got, made room for us. When we arrived, he was so welcoming. I’m the butcher from South Wales, and I won’t forget this place. The food was excellent, including things I’d never tried before, and the desserts were outstanding. We’ll be back soon 🙏

We had a warm welcome at this lovely little pub, complete with a fire. The menu was excellent and the food was fabulous. I’d recommend it to anyone staying around Laugharne.
