My family and I booked this for the Leeds Carnival, and it was the best thing ever. The hosts were so welcoming, kind and understanding. We really liked the breakfast and the house. We’ll definitely book with them again.

This isn’t your usual B&B. Five of us stayed in three stunning, luxurious bedrooms, with our own private bathroom and a complimentary lounge area with games for the kids. All of that was separate from the owners, who live in another part of the building. Joanna and Roy were perfect hosts. We all went for the delicious smoked salmon breakfast. We’ll definitely come back in summer, when we can make more use of the barbecue and courtyard/gardens. Can’t wait to visit again.

Roy and Joanna are the best hosts I could wish for. I love the interesting chats and laughs with them. They also thoughtfully provided soft fruit at breakfast, which I really appreciated after my recent throat operation. The set up is perfect, with your own space and electric security gates, which feel like a real safety plus for me. See you again soon when I’m up to visit my family.

The hosts roy and jo made our family weekend the best. This place is a hidden gem, and in the 28-degree heat I felt like I was abroad. I found it so relaxing that I didn’t want to leave, which I don’t say about many places. Thanks again for having us. We’ll see you soon.

Johanna and Roy were amazing hosts, and the service and hosting were top notch. We couldn’t have been happier. The beds were softer than mine at home, and every room had a smart speaker, charging points, TVs and Wi-Fi. There were games for the kids too, and staying here feels like luxury. Thanks for everything. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in Leeds.
