Hyatt Place Leeds

The room was the best I've ever stayed in in the UK. It had a mini kitchen with a two-ring induction hob, long counter and drawers stocked with quality cutlery and crockery, plus a good selection of pans. There was a full-sized extractor, a good-sized fridge with a freezer compartment, and an Nespresso machine with several coffee options. A lovely L-shaped sofa sat near a huge Smart TV that swivelled toward the king-size bed. The bathroom had a sensor light, a decent-sized shower and toiletries within easy reach. I slept perfectly too. Even though the station was in sight, I couldn't hear any trains. Breakfast the next morning was superb, with plenty of seating options and easy access to the food without queues. The reception was nicely laid out, with a business breakout area large enough for a client or colleague catch-up, and beyond that was a huge dining room. The hotel felt very clean and fresh throughout. Check-in was professional and welcoming, and our studio on the ninth floor was already ready. The lift and room were just a short walk away. I know Leeds well, having visited many times and worked there for 12 months, though this was my first visit since the lockdown. I was looking forward to trying Hyatt House. Travelling by train, I wanted somewhere easy to reach from the station, and this was only a five-minute walk away. It's in a great location, with a green park out front and a multi-storey car park next door if you're willing to brave the roadworks. What a great place. It's top of my list for Leeds, and I can't wait to come back. Thank you, Hyatt!

Ann made check-in efficient and had a lovely chat with us, and she recommended some fantastic local spots that added to our visit. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds.

The location was great, close to the station and everything I needed. I had a very pleasant four-night stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfy. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We got a good deal on an apartment, and the room was a great size. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was no daily room service. Breakfast was pretty average and could be better. Still, it's a great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it.
