The oven was out, but the owners called an electrician and got it fixed. It was a nice place to stay.

The flat was lovely and had everything we needed, but the road outside got really loud at night, almost like a racetrack. It sits above a supermarket, and the weekend may have made the traffic worse. The owner couldn't really do anything about that.

After a day at Alton Towers, this was a great place for our family of four to stay. There was loads of room to relax, and the flat felt clean, modern and comfortable. It had all the little things we needed, with a Co-Op downstairs for food. We paid just over £100 and would happily come back.

The city view was lovely, and the apartment was clean and nice. It was already quite warm inside, though, and the heating was set very high, which felt wasteful. That was the only thing keeping me from giving it five stars.

The place was very clean and in a good spot. Most facilities were good, though a few things didn't quite match and there was the odd scuff. What bothered us most was the noise from other guests, doors banging between rooms and children running around upstairs early in the morning.
