It’s been three days with no reply from the company, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Their room descriptions were misleading, and the service has been absolutely appalling. “Awful” barely covers it. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Nothing was good about this place. There was no service or commitment, and I felt totally scammed. Very disappointing, don’t book.
