Sian Wood, the Director of Operations, deserves a special mention. He was approachable and supportive, and clearly cared about making guests’ stays positive. He went out of his way to help when needed. My room at Leicester Marriott Hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, a relaxing place to come back to after a busy day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Room service could be slow sometimes, though the delays were manageable and the staff stayed courteous. Breakfast was good quality with a decent range to choose from. A few more options would have been welcome. I had a pleasant visit and would consider staying again, appreciating the team’s efforts, especially Sian Wood.

The Executive Lounge was the highlight for me. Sherif’s service there was amazing, with an attentive team, a great atmosphere, and everything handled with care. Across Marriott, the staff were consistently professional and excellent. They were friendly, proactive, and really seemed to care about guests. Marriott sets a high standard, and I’ll definitely be back!

I stay here regularly and am always well looked after. The rooms are clean and nicely presented, and the front desk team are polite, courteous, and efficient. At breakfast today, the restaurant team stood out, especially on such a busy weekend. They gave very personal service. It was great to see Sophie back, looking after customers with her usual charm and efficiency. Lenka kept the buffet well stocked and presented, while Malik led the whole team with gusto, charm, and personality. Well done.

I stayed for 10 business days across two Monday-to-Friday stays. The rooms are a good size, the gym is decent, and the food is to a very good standard. The staff are amazing. I highly recommend it to any business looking for a conference venue or simply somewhere to stay.

The room was very clean and quiet, and reception staff were really friendly when I arrived. The bar and restaurant team were excellent and couldn’t do enough for me. I had soup and chicken curry for dinner, both very good, then sat in the atrium, where there was plenty of seating to enjoy a beer from the bar. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, and the staff were friendly and polite again. Checkout was easy, and there was lots of free parking. I’ll definitely be back.
