We'd travelled up from London, and the day before, they took our deposit. Then, just 50 minutes before the booking, an email arrived saying it was cancelled because of maintenance. We had to cut our trip short. Riverside Park House customer service was appalling.

There were used condoms on the bed. The hygiene was nowhere near what you'd expect in a basic guest room, and the customer service felt like a complete scam. Avoid this place.

Be aware, this address was recently used in a Facebook item-selling scam. The scammer gave it as the shipping address, but never paid for the item.

A great view over the River Soar, with high-rise residences and modern architecture, including a newly built home. 🏕🏘🏡🏚🏠🏦🏨🏥🏤🏣🏢

This place is being used for a Marketplace scam. Scam!
