The welcome was pleasant, and the place was warm and very clean. We had the house to ourselves, which was fortunate since all four bedrooms share one bathroom. The front and back door locks really need replacing. It took us around 15 minutes to get the front door open so we could leave. Otherwise, it was a good place for a night or two.

The free parking was spacious, which was the one good thing. The road outside was busy and noisy, and a thin curtain did little to block the bright streetlights, so I spent the whole night with them shining in. The mattress was in awful shape and creaked whenever I moved, even gently. This was the worst stay I've had.

I wouldn't stay there again. There were no smoke detectors, the room door didn't have a proper lock, and there was no key for the back door in case of a fire. The bedding didn't smell fresh either.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and you could just help yourself to whatever you fancied. The room was big, the bed comfortable, and everything was very clean and tidy.

I won't book here again. Breakfast was disappointing, and there were no facilities in the room. It also had a shared bathroom, with no en suite.
