It felt more like being at home than staying in a hotel, and I was comfortable straight away. The owner was delightful and welcoming, and the service was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, and after a long workday or sightseeing, it was lovely to come back to somewhere cosy and relaxing. The location was great too, within walking distance of restaurants, right by a bus stop, and Leiston is close to so many lovely coastal spots.

I’ll definitely stay again on my next family visit. The host is really friendly, and the house is lovely, with clean, spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great power, and the WiFi was fast, around 40 meg in my room. Breakfast was really nice too, with fresh eggs from the chickens in the back garden.

I spent nearly two months here while working nearby. It’s a lovely, quiet, cosy house, and the host is lovely and very friendly. There’s plenty of parking, and several shops and services are within walking distance. I’d definitely stay again next time I’m in Leiston.

Lisa was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to our band, even though we booked at the very last minute. She was also happy for us to check out later than usual. Both rooms were comfortable and very clean. Thanks, Lisa. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

We took a short break after lockdown. The room was lovely and very clean, and we felt safe. Our host was friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was lovely too. Would recommend.
