Kveldsro Hotel

The downstairs area is really nice, and the staff are lovely. The bathroom has recently been revamped and was really nice too, but the rooms could use some work. The walls are pretty thin, so light sleepers should take earplugs. The location is great, and I'd come back because the staff are so nice.

The team made my colleague and me feel at home, especially the hands-on manager, who was lovely and happy to help with anything. Everyone else was a credit to her. I was here for work for the second time, from 8th - 10th October, and would gladly come back if I get the chance. The hotel is centrally located, so it worked well as a base for getting around. Our room was comfortable, well equipped and cleaned to a high standard, as were the other areas. Breakfast had a great choice and set us up for the day. We also ate dinner there, and the food was fabulous and reasonably priced.

The welcome is warm, and the staff are ready to help with even the smallest thing. I keep coming back because the place is so convenient, just a two-minute walk from my company's office in Lerwick. The rooms are pleasantly laid out, the beds are comfortable, and both the continental and full Scottish breakfasts make a good start to the day. It's an ideal stay if you're working nearby or exploring the island.

Breakfast was incredible and came out quickly. The room was lovely, with a four-poster bed and a good bathroom, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I'd highly recommend staying here.
