For the past two weeks, Darren and Sally have been a real lifeline. I was in a difficult situation, homeless and trying Airbnb and booking.com, and kept dealing with computers and automated messages. At last I got to speak to an actual person, Darren. I explained what was going on and he couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. They're friendly and supportive, the rooms are immaculate, the location is great, the prices are good, and provisions are always available. I can't speak highly enough of them. I'd absolutely recommend staying here in Lincoln. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you so much, guys!

I’m staying for work for a couple of weeks, and it’s great value. The hosts are pleasant, easy to communicate with and always helpful. The bed is comfy, and the room is cosy with an en-suite shower and toilet. It’s quiet at the back of the building. Central Lincoln is a 25-minute walk away. The fan in the room is absolutely needed!

Lincoln was easy to get around on foot from here: the high street and Sincil Bank are straightforward routes into the centre, and there's also a riverside path if you want the scenery. I was back for a university reunion and stayed one night. They have single rooms, which work well for solo travellers. I booked at fairly short notice and they accommodated me fine, even moving me to another available room for free. The instructions for getting in when the owners aren't there were clear. They also sorted out a kettle issue promptly. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks! -Tomos

Room 2 had loads of space, a great shower, and an excellent bed and pillows. Free parking too. A big well done to Darren and his partner for making the stay so good. I was there on 07/12/24. I live near Barnsley, work in Lincoln and have a holiday home in Skegness, so I'll be coming back. Great place and location.
