We’ll definitely come back. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable, and breakfast was very good, especially the lovely sausages from the local butcher. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The setting in the beautiful old part of the city is great, close to the cathedral and castle, with lots of independent shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants nearby. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We’ve been visiting this wonderful city for years, and with the stunning Lincoln cathedral right next door, this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. We’re here for two nights, and as I write this on Saturday teatime, it’s our last night. We’ll absolutely be back next year and massively recommend it. The staff are so friendly, our room is lovely, clean and cosy, and the breakfast is perfect. It’s mid-December, so the cosy room is just right. Dean & Sarah

Being so close, we loved hearing the cathedral bells. The location is perfectly central, and there’s parking too. Our room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was good, and the staff gave us a lovely welcome and lots of information.

From the bedroom window you can see Lincoln cathedral, and everything is within walking distance. The Grade 2 listed guest house dates back to the 12th century and has a lot of charm. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was spot on, and the service was first class. You won’t be disappointed.
