We couldn't get in without a struggle. The digital keypad is a daft idea, and two other couples had trouble with it too. Inside, the place is lovely and the rooms are a decent size, but there were problems: some lamps didn't work, including the touch on/off ones, and of the two rooms we booked, one bathroom had no heat while the other was boiling hot. A couple upstairs played their music so loudly I thought there was a club next door. When we were leaving, the cleaners were sitting on the stairs waiting for us. I've never had that happen in 40 years of staying in hotels and other accommodation. Very poor. If you're after a relaxing night, don't stay here.

My mum and I stayed for a couple of days and both really enjoyed it. The suite was spotless and had everything we needed. It’s close enough that we walked into town each morning, and the whole stay felt really relaxing.

Having my own kitchen made the place feel like home, and the bed was so soft I slept better than I do at home. Everything was neat, modern and quiet. Lovely place!

Lincoln city was easy to stagger back from after a great night out. The hotel has a really cool, modern feel and seemed luxurious for the price. My room was excellent and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable too, and I had a great night's sleep. I'd definitely stay again.

We stayed after visiting family nearby, and the suite was beautiful, sparkling clean and fresh-smelling. There was a little sitting area with a city view that was especially lovely in the evening. My husband and I couldn't fault it.
