Student Only SC Lincoln

The room was much bigger than I ever expected, in a good way, and the facilities are lovely. As a first-year student figuring out different circumstances, I needed somewhere to live on my own to get through the year. I chose a studio here and never regretted it. There's always something happening downstairs during the month, and the staff and management are really helpful. It was perfect for me and well worth the money. I'd book here again.

I've been here for three years in a row, and it's been a really pleasant experience throughout. I liked being able to rent a bike owned by the building to get around. Staff put a lot of effort into organising different socials and events all year, and they're quick to sort out any concerns.

The rooms are comfortable and have plenty of storage, and the facilities are kept very clean. There's also a fantastic maintenance team ready to fix things in your room. In my first year at St Mark's Apartments, I've enjoyed living here more than I expected. The staff are lovely, always happy to chat and help when needed. I'm looking forward to staying on and can highly recommend this accommodation.

The staff, including the maintenance and cleaning teams, have always been there when I needed help. The building is quiet and lovely, and the rooms are modern and nicely furnished, with a good amount of space for one person or a couple. I've lived at Student Castle for three years, in both the Byrd and Banks studios, and both have been better than I expected student accommodation to be. I'll be sad to leave.
