Badgers Den was a fabulous place, and we loved its setting. The apartment was cosy, nicely laid out, and had everything we could need. We picked it partly for the super king bed, and it was amazingly comfortable, just like our own. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

The hosts were an absolute delight, and the loft conversion above the garage behind the main house was superb. There was a comfortable king-size bed and an excellent kitchen, including an air fryer. We’d never used one before, but now we’re fans. It cooked our bacon perfectly without smells or grease splatter, and the parts went straight in the dishwasher.

We stayed here three years ago and have only just got around to leaving a rating. We still talk about how wonderful the place was. The care, cleanliness, and presentation were outstanding, and Beth’s breakfast was the best we’ve ever had.

Beth and John were amazing hosts during our four-night stay. Breakfast was a thing of beauty and kept us going all day. We’d really recommend staying here.

The rooms were cosy, spotless, and furnished with lovely quality pieces. I especially liked the golden bathroom faucets, and the views were very pretty too. The landlady was lovely, and the freshly cooked breakfast was spectacular.
