The views were a real treat, with each window framing another lovely bit of Yorkshire countryside. We came for five nights in late September after spending four nights near York, and were impressed from the start. The interior is clean and modern but still feels homely. There isn't much floor space, yet the owners made clever choices about what to include. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on evenings when the weather allowed, and the coffee table that lifts to a comfortable height for TV dinners. I'd absolutely recommend it to a couple exploring the area. Just leave us a week to come back too!
