We needed somewhere in an emergency after our cat escaped just before we were due to move 500 miles north. We waited 12 hours for her to come home to our empty house, which delayed our journey. I was 8.5 months pregnant, with our two giant-breed dogs, and we just needed a place to sleep for the afternoon and evening before driving overnight. The owner was so lovely, friendly and helpful. She put us in a wonderful room, left water for the dogs and even offered dog food in case we needed it. The B&B is tastefully decorated and in a peaceful location, with a large, comfortable bed. We felt right at home. We didn’t see the owner again before leaving, but we were so grateful for her kindness when everything felt doomed. We’d definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Cornwall. Thank you for helping us out.

The hospitality was wonderful, the sort you hardly find anymore, and the setting is stunning. It’s a picture-perfect cottage and such a homely place to get away. We’d give it 6 stars if we could. Don’t get me started on breakfast or it’ll be 7.

We loved our stay earlier this year and have already booked a few days away in December. It’s a lovely place, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was beautiful. We’d definitely recommend it.
