All Bar One by Innkeeper's Collection

There were 18 of us for our team night out at All Bar One last night, and they’d arranged the tables so we had a great spot. The food was delicious and the drinks kept flowing. The team’s service was 100%, especially Xavier and another team member whose name I can’t remember, the one I spoke with at the bar about the meals. We had a fantastic night. All Bar One Liverpool was busy, but Isa handled our order without missing a beat. She was brilliant, really smiley and efficient. Five stars for the place, mainly thanks to her. Top-notch service, thanks Isa!

We had the bottomless brunch and they kept our drinks topped up the whole time. Honestly, I haven't had another one like it. We definitely got our money's worth, and I'd happily come back for another event. Highly recommend.

The brunch started out really well: our main server was lovely, and we enjoyed the food and cocktails. Then a staff member came over and told us we were too loud. It was a bottomless brunch with alcohol, and while my friend does have an extremely loud laugh, she was embarrassed and upset by the way she was spoken to. As other customers left, they told us they hadn't been bothered and thought we'd been treated like naughty children. They even said we'd made their visit more fun. The manager watched without stepping in; we had to ask to speak to him. He said he'd address how the staff member delivered it, but after spending over £300, the whole thing left a sour taste. It felt like the fun police had arrived. A quiet lunch might be fine, but I wouldn't choose this place for a bottomless brunch unless everyone wants to sit in silence.
