I had a booking through booking.com. The phone staff were extremely rude and wouldn't let me merge the call with the booking.com team, who were only trying to sort out the issue.

The location was great, and there was free parking on the road. The bed was awful. When I first sat down, I nearly ended up on the floor, and lifting the mattress showed that most of the slats had fallen down. We put them back, but I still didn't sleep brilliantly, though it could have been worse. There was no soap or shower gel either. I can't say how thick the walls are, but I could hear someone snoring in another room and walking overhead.

The walls are paper-thin. At 4am I could hear people talking in another room, and I couldn't sleep.
