We had apartment 1 for one night as a group of six. Everything we needed was there, and the place was very clean. The location was amazing too. A 10/10 stay, and we'll be back. I'd absolutely recommend Elysium to anyone visiting Liverpool.

For £396 for one night, this was a VERY disappointing stay. There wasn't enough seating for the number of guests, and no basic cleaning supplies or toiletries. The walls were grubby, the bedside cabinets VERY wobbly, and there wasn't even a plug for the sink. I had to sweep the floor with my hand. There were ditty tissues behind a cabinet, eyelashes under the bed, and a massive clump of hair in the bath drain that my brother pulled out because the bath wasn't draining properly. The hairdryer was so clogged with dust it overheated and cut out. They charged us for spilling wine after someone basically brushed against the bedside cabinet while closing the window blind. Three hotel rooms would have cost about the same, with breakfast included. It was also very noisy around 4am when groups of clubbers came in. Management was so inept. Waiving the £35 charge would have kept these reviews off all platforms!

The photos make the inside look much more glam than it really is. It has a very plain decor, with a few sparkly mirrors added, and the price felt high for that. I wasn't impressed. Some radiators wouldn't come on, and there wasn't much seating, so we had to bring a mattress into the living room for everyone to sit.

Elysium got my keys back to me within two days after I accidentally left them behind. They were quick and friendly about it. The apartment itself was perfect and lovely and clean. I'm so grateful for their hospitality!

A great base for a city visit or a weekend away with a big group. The location is lovely, the finish is modern, and there are plenty of comfy beds. The bathrooms were clean and fresh.
