Hilton Liverpool City Centre

The location is brilliant, and the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was good too, and the morning staff were lovely. But the afternoon and evening staff were incredibly rude. The lobby smelled strongly of fish, and the hotel feels tired. There isn’t really anything wrong with the hotel itself, but it’s a long way from a luxury experience.

We found a leak in our room, and the hotel moved both my daughter and me so we could keep our adjoining rooms. They made the change without any fuss. My granddaughter loved the buffet breakfast, especially going up to help herself to fruit, and the food was always replenished. The staff were super friendly, and it’s a great hotel to stay at. We’ll come back on our next visit.

The location is right in the heart of Liverpool, close to the shops, attractions and waterfront. Breakfast has an excellent range of fresh options, and the staff are friendly, professional and do a lot to make the stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, spotless and comfortable, with modern amenities. As a Diamond tier member, I feel valued here, with smooth check-ins, room upgrades and extra perks. Hilton Liverpool City Centre has been consistently great for me, and I’d highly recommend it for business or leisure.

The breakfast was fantastic and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, but tired and dated. My partner paid for a deluxe room as a birthday treat, and we were really disappointed by how run down it was. The curtains were hanging by a thread, there were iron marks on the carpet, and the bathroom lights flickered. The bed was stained, old and rickety. For the price, we expected a much better standard. To be fair, the Premier Inn is higher standard. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to stay again.
