Epic Apart Hotel - Duke Street

Epic Apartments on Duke Street was clean, the appliances all worked, and the beds were really comfortable. The location is great too, close to the city centre and within walking distance of everything. Thanks for a pleasant stay and for the clear, excellent communication. One small suggestion: the sofa bed really needs an upgrade, or perhaps it shouldn't be described as a sofa bed anymore.

My wife and I arrived at Epic Aparthotel Duke Street at 2 PM on May 16, 2026, in cold, rainy weather. There was no reception, and the entry code they were supposed to send never arrived. I tried calling, but nobody answered. There was no email address or WhatsApp either, so we had no way to get inside. We were stuck waiting until 7:30 PM, with nobody to speak to and nothing but evasive communication. Only after my travel agent kept pushing did we finally get the code and enter the room. It was a complete pain. Don't go, you'll have a bad time.

We spent three nights there in January, and the apartment was terribly cold because the windows wouldn't close. The whole place smelled like someone had thrown up on the carpet the night before we arrived. On departure day, the entire building reeked like a pissoir. Terrible throughout, wouldn't recommend it.

The studio was clean and comfortable, and right next to Liverpool central, which was really convenient. Friendly service from the reception team made for a pleasant stay.
