Glassworks has been really good value. There's plenty of space in the rooms and lots of storage: a wardrobe rail and top shelf, two big wardrobe drawers, three desk drawers, and two compartments beneath the bed. The desk is large enough for a desktop setup. I had a big monitor on its standing base, a full-size keyboard, and room for a wrist rest, which is more than I've found at places where the desk seems intended for a laptop. The bathroom wasn't cramped, was easy to clean, and had excellent water pressure throughout my stay. The extractor fan was quiet. The kitchen and social area is spacious, with good storage for everyone. I believe we each had two cupboards, plus a place in the fridge and freezer that we chose on arrival. Our oven was clean and worked fine, but the markings around the dials had worn off and there was no manual. I'd ask reception how to use yours, since I found the model hard to look up online.

Living here is relaxed, and security is always around if anything comes up. The staff are incredibly helpful. The common rooms are kept clean and stocked with what they need. My room was in very good condition when I found it, and any problems were sorted quickly and sustainably. A really welcoming student accommodation with high standards.

My first year here has been enjoyable, especially with Alan on night shifts. He's someone I can talk to about anything on my mind. Glassworks has fun activities to help residents take their minds off uni, a good common area, a cozy room for relaxing, and a small gym. The only downside is the WiFi keeps dropping out or stops working.

A great option for your first year at uni. The facilities are good, and the centre of Liverpool is close. There's a small Tesco and a GP surgery down the road too. The people at reception are lovely and always ready to help. I'd recommend getting to know them early so you can settle in.

The staff here are amazing and friendly. They deal with problems and help make the place feel safe, and the common areas are great. A special shout out to our security guard Alan for always checking we're safe and okay. The only problem I've had is the WiFi, which can be really slow or just stop working.
