They deducted £120 from my deposit, saying the property was unclean. I can't see how cleaning could have cost more than £50, never mind £120. The water heaters also weren't working, so we had to put up with cold showers.

We walked in, saw how scruffy and smelly it was, and walked straight back out. We had to book another hotel. The alleyway was full of rubbish, with groups of men there, and the place felt unsafe. They also refused to refund us. Do not stay here, it's a sithole.

Avoid this place at any cost. They won't refund the deposit.
