OYO Green Lodge

The room was rough, with stained carpets, poor toilets and crawlies. Someone had left rotten, half-eaten food in the fridge. There was no heat in the afternoon, though it came on at night, and it was freezing. People kept coming and going all night and banging doors. I didn't expect the Ritz for £55 a night, but at least the basics should've been right. I hadn't received an access email, so I had to call. He sorted it after 20 minutes.

We were really happy with our stay. I visited with friends and children, and everyone felt comfortable. The rooms were spacious, with large TVs and what we needed for a pleasant visit. It was good value for the money. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly. When we asked for extra towels, they brought them right away. Special thanks to the administration, especially the receptionist, for such welcoming hospitality and service.
