The staff were pleasant, especially Dale, who was enthusiastic and helpful. My room was very clean, and the bathroom was extremely well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of ingredients and tasted nice, though they could have used more staff at that time. The hotel is convenient if you're flying from the airport, but it's around six miles from the city centre where my family wanted to be, so I deducted a star for that. Also, try to avoid booking when there's a football match on, as prices go up a lot.

The room was spotless and roomy, with both a bath and a shower, and the staff were genuinely warm and kind. I felt safe there travelling alone with my child. We were only staying one night before an early flight, and the airport was a 10-minute walk away. Even at 4:20 am the road was busy, so it didn’t feel deserted. Getting around with children by public transport was awkward, though: an Uber cost £23 to Anfield and £12 from the city location. I’d happily stay again if I needed to be near the airport. 😀

The room was comfortable, tidy and nicely arranged, and breakfast was great. We also had an excellent evening meal. Staff made us feel welcome and were friendly and helpful throughout. For the service and quality, the price felt like very good value. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

Dale made us feel at home, chatting with us and suggesting places to eat. The food here was good too, which surprised us after some of the reviews we’d read. The bar staff were welcoming and friendly, and our spacious room was immaculate. We couldn’t find anything to fault during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel, thank you.

The cooked breakfast was good, and the bar and dining area was lovely. Margret at reception was brilliant, and the mattress and pillows were good too. In general, it was a good stay. The £6.10 price for a pint of carling is what kept this from five stars.
