A few minutes' walk takes you into town, and the location and price worked well for our one night midweek. Booking and check-in communication was good. Parking is underneath the apartments, entered from the street behind, but there are lots of concrete pillars to watch out for and the spaces would be very tight with anything bigger than an average-sized SUV. We checked in and went straight back out; when we returned late, we realised we hadn’t been given a Wi-Fi code and there was nobody to ask.

The location was great, close enough to walk down the street to central Liverpool but far enough from the nightlife bustle. Check-in and checkout were easy, and service caused no issues. The beds could have been more comfortable, but the stay was otherwise great.

The apartment was spotless and spacious, with towels, shower gel, and complimentary tea and coffee. It was also quiet at night, despite being just a short walk from the centre. The building was easy to find and near the train station, and the lovely receptionist gave us such a helpful, warm welcome. We loved staying at Premier. Absolutely perfect.

My suite even had a lovely view over the rooftops, which I hadn't expected, and the air conditioning was a real bonus with the recent warm weather. It was clean, stocked, fairly priced and in a great location. Exactly what I needed. I can’t remember the desk woman’s name, but she’s an absolute GEM and I adore her.

We had our first stay this weekend and these apartments are fantastic. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, and you’ve got everything you need. They’re also really central. Laura on reception is lovely, has a great sense of humour and is extremely helpful. She’s an absolute asset.
