My sister-in-law needed to visit the city during lockdown for an urgent family matter, so I booked through booking.com. We received a confirmation email and reservation code, but the company said they had no record of it. They told her to wait outside for an hour in the cold and dark, in a city she didn't know, and said they'd sort it out and call back. They never did, so we had to phone again. The next colleague was even less helpful and told us to take it up with booking.com. Based on this experience, I'd strongly recommend avoiding the place. The worst customer service we've ever encountered.

We had three confirmation emails and had confirmed through booking.com with the owners that parking was available. Still, on arrival day they said they had no record of our booking. The man on the phone sounded completely uninterested, and booking.com customer service got the same response when they tried to reach them. Don't book here. You might not even get into the building and could end up finding somewhere on arrival for five times the price.
