I stayed here throughout all three years of uni and can’t recommend it enough. The staff are great and always make time for questions, and the maintenance team are incredible and quick to help with any issues. If you need student accommodation in Liverpool, this is by far the best.

The apartment feels warm and cozy, with a great view of the city. It’s modern, fully furnished and includes bills and high-speed Wi-Fi in the rent. There’s a washing machine, secure entry and a 24-hour concierge. The tube and supermarkets are within walking distance.

Living here as a student is great. It’s so central that getting into the city and to uni is quick, and the helpful staff make it feel safe. I’d recommend it!

Calico is a comfortable place to live as a student, with friendly staff and great amenities. I’d definitely recommend signing for a flat here :)

I visited my niece and stayed for less than a week, so this is just my impression from that short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shared kitchen was fine. The air didn’t circulate well in the hallway or bedroom. The bathroom was quite small, and there was hardly any room to move around the bed. The bed itself was very soft and shaky, like a cheap IKEA bed.
