Andy the bar manager was unbelievable, and they served the best Guinness in Liverpool. The atmosphere was brilliant, and the staff were so polite. Best pub experience ever.

I first came here on my third date with my girlfriend, and went back regularly for a few months while I was visiting her. Maybe that makes me a bit biased, but I’ve always had an amazing time. The staff were friendly, as were the locals I met. If you’re coming out of the station and need a drink or somewhere to regroup, you’d be rude not to pop in. I’ll always have fond memories of this place.

This pub has changed completely since I used to drink here a few years ago, and all for the better. I stopped by for a couple of Christmas pints to see off a workmate. The service, drinks, and even the lavatories were five star. I gave the food a three because I’m not sure whether they serve any. I plan to visit again soon.
