It was a peaceful, relaxed stay with a mellow, homely feel. Richie was a really welcoming, friendly host and helped make the place feel chilled out. We’d definitely come back. Nice one, rich. Gracious blessing from jerome katie and baby lori 🙂

The location worked perfectly for us, near Sefton park and public transport, and a cab to Liverpool cantre was under a tenner. We had a great stay with the kids, thanks to the great host and fantastic facilities. Cheers Ritchie

The accommodation was comfortable, though it was still being refitted while we were there. Our only real issue was the location, in Toxteth, about 2.5 miles away.

There’s loads to offer here, and it’s in what I think is easily the best part of liverpool. A great place to stay.
