Good value for money, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and a good size for a couple of days, though there wasn’t much room for clothes or luggage. There’s no air conditioning for hot summer days or nights, but they do provide a small fan. The location’s ideal for exploring Liverpool.

The location was great, the staff were lovely, and it was very good value. But my room could have been cleaner. It didn’t look like it had been hoovered in a while. One of the lights above the sink was out, and the sink drained very slowly. I could have reported those things, but I shouldn’t have had to.

The bed was super comfy and the pillows were great. The room was clean and tidy, and we had a little view from it. Breakfast was good value and the food tasted nice, though the hot dishes were only warm. We had a fantastic night here in a fantastic location. You can hear the traffic because it’s on a main road, but it wasn’t anything major.

Reception was quick, and the staff were friendly. The room was tidy, with updated facilities and a powerful shower. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. The location’s excellent too, about five minutes’ walk from Liverpool One and Albert Dock, and an easy 30-minute walk from Hill Dickinson Stadium. There’s some main-road noise, but it’s only a background hum and didn’t bother me. Fully recommend.

Elisha at reception was absolutely lovely and pleasant. The location’s good too. The room was as good as I could have hoped for, and it had a fan that was absolutely needed in this weather. The toilet button was a little loose, but it still worked.
