The Liversedge has always been a lovely pub, though the food had let it down in the past. This visit was much better. I had a lovely afternoon with my sister and little girl, eating a beautiful meal that arrived hot. There’s a great menu at reasonable prices, and we enjoyed the singer as we ate, followed by a few games of Bingo. I wish I had every Wednesday off work. Keep it up, everyone. Highly recommend.

We came to Yorkshire to see family and friends and stayed the night at the Liversedge hotel. Everyone enjoyed the evening meal together, and breakfast was just as delicious, with plenty to eat. The staff, from the bar and service teams to housekeeping, were so accommodating. Our room was cosy and spotless, with fluffy towels and plenty of complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries. Thanks to all the staff who looked after us. We’d highly recommend the hotel and hope to see you again soon.

We all chose the fish and chips for our Sunday evening meal with family on 22nd February, 2026, and everyone thought it was excellent. The portions were so big there was no room for dessert. We’ll certainly go again.

The waiting staff were amazing, but the meal quality made this a very disappointing visit. The gammon arrived badly undercooked after a 50-minute wait. We sent it back to the kitchen and they recooked the same piece. The roast beef was badly cooked too.

Tried the food today and wow, it was incredible. The presentation was second to none too, and I was really impressed. Big compliments to the three chefs working today. The bar staff also went above and beyond, with incredible customer service. Your team is a credit to you. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely be back.
