The flat was really clean and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and a very large-screen TV. Livingston North Railway station is only a ten-minute walk away, so getting into Edinburgh by train was easy. Highly recommended.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The hosts were helpful and hospitable, and the place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and furnished and equipped with real thought. The price was very reasonable too.

A brilliant host who gave us all the information we needed, and an amazing wee flat that's modern, cosy, spotless, and has everything you need. Shops, a garage, the train station, and a supermarket are all just a short walk away. We’ll definitely book again when we’re in the area. Much better than a hotel room 👌 😀 xx

Spotlessly clean, fresh and modern. The friends we booked it for loved everything about the place, and they'll definitely use it themselves again. Cracking accommodation, we'll be back too.
