We were just a few steps from the bus stop, with a service that takes you into Edinburgh, and close to the airport and car rental places too. A really good location. We stayed one night, and breakfast was fantastic.

We had a car but chose to walk about ten minutes to the bus stop and ride into the city centre, around 30 minutes away. I liked being somewhere quieter, away from hotels and busy streets, and getting to feel a bit like a local. After full days in Edinburgh, the twin room was warm, cosy and quiet. The Tunnock's caramel wafer biscuit and hot chocolate waiting for us were a lovely treat. LORNA IS WONDERFUL!! Every morning she made sure we got the day started with her delicious breakfast. I’m finally writing this long overdue review after our wonderful three-night stay at the end of August. I highly recommend Whitecroft B & B and look forward to visiting Lorna again!

The host was superb, friendly and knowledgeable, and breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. The room was spotless, cosy and comfortable. It’s a great location, only 30 minutes from Edinburgh, and the price was very reasonable. It had everything I was looking for and more. I’d definitely stay at Whitecroft again.

Lorna was so welcoming, and we even got to meet their lovely young Lab. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with a very friendly, home-from-home feel. We had an amazing time at this wonderful B&B, which was perfectly located for the wedding we were attending nearby. Would definitely recommend xx

Lorna was friendly, attentive and so welcoming, and kindly accommodated our early arrival. The location was excellent, with easy-access parking. Our cosy room had great facilities, including a hanging cupboard, an en suite shower, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable and we slept brilliantly. Breakfast was amazing and got the day off to a phenomenal start. I had the full Scottish breakfast and my wife had eggs and salmon. Delicious!
