There’s loads to do nearby, and we’d certainly book again next time we’re back in Wales. We booked the house through North Wales Holidays. It’s accessible and has everything you’ll need, in a wonderful location. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the hands-on owners are marvellous and just a phone call away if anything comes up.

We came with our kids and the dog, and couldn’t have been happier. It’s an excellent place to get away from it all, with a great base for exploring Snowdonia and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Dilys made us feel so welcome and shared great ideas for places to explore nearby. We had a brilliant week at Pont y Garth Holiday Cottages, with cozy, well-equipped cottages in a beautiful area. Such a good family getaway, and we’re already keen to return.

The countryside around this place is lovely, and the living room is roomy, with a TV and fireplace. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very modern kitchen stocked with the equipment and utensils we needed. The dining area looks out over the surroundings, and there’s a table tennis table outside, with space for a garden party. The access road is a bit narrow, though there are places to change direction, and parking for three vehicles. We’d definitely stay here again.

The cottage is in a great position just outside the park, with nearby towns and attractions within easy reach. After a walk up Snowdon, the bathrooms were just right, with good water pressure throughout and a large Jacuzzi bath. We felt welcome and well looked after during our short family break, and the cottage was clean and modern while still feeling homely. We hope to come back soon.
