The shower was too cold when I tried it in the morning, apparently the heating had stopped working. Apart from that, I think this is the best guest house in Llandudno, and the price felt very affordable for the room, breakfast, location and five star service Neill provides. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and it was even themed in my favourite colour, purple. Neill welcomed us personally and made the service feel like a five star hotel, very thoughtful and VIP. He knew where I came from, probably from the check in form, and that made me feel important. The hot breakfast and other options were delicious, and he remembered what we liked and didn't like to order. I really appreciate those small touches. The location is great, close to the pier, the tram station for Great Orme, buses to Conwy and elsewhere, and all the shops. Salamat Niell and everyone helping maintain the place and look after guests. Thank you for the hospitality. We'll definitely book again when we visit!

We had three rooms and each one was a delight, with spotless rooms, comfortable beds and gleaming bathrooms. Neil and Arwel were fantastic, really friendly hosts who gave us good recommendations. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and piping hot. It's very handy for the town, pier, tram, orme, pubs and shops. We'll definitely stay again.

The breakfast was fantastic. A lovely, relaxed place, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with really welcoming and friendly hosts.

We booked three rooms for the family and they were all brilliant. The owners were friendly, and breakfast was five star standard. My bedroom was immaculate, the bed so comfortable we didn't want to get up, and the bedding was brilliant white. The bathroom was spotless too, and had a lovely little bag of beauty products for guests. If we return to Llandudno, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

The location is good for walking around Llandudno, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was fantastic. The room was very clean, though the view wasn't the best.
