Burleigh Guest House

This was our second visit in a month, and Julie and Steve were once again perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are comfortable, clean and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and can't wait for our next visit. Thanks, Julie and Steve ⭐️

The location is perfect, on the nicer, more luxurious side of town, close to the pier and Great Orme. I paid GBP 70, or USD $93, and it was really good value. I stayed four nights and have no complaints. My small room had everything I needed, the WiFi was fast, and the brand-new shower had great hot water and pressure. I was working, and Steve and Julie let me use their office. They treat you like family, which is why they have so many repeat guests who stay several days. Breakfast was better than at five-star hotels. When I had to leave at 8 AM and would miss it, they thoughtfully packed me a lunch. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Ten stars! ⭐️ Highly recommend.

I stayed in room 1, and the bed was comfortable. It's a clean, well-maintained place, close to all amenities but still nice and peaceful. Steve and Julie were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and made sure I had what I needed. The walk-in shower and wonderful breakfast were lovely too. It's very reasonably priced. I always book direct, and I'd happily stay again or recommend it to anyone visiting Llandudno.

Steve and Julie know the area well, and gave us a warm welcome. Burleigh house is a wonderful place to stay, with beautiful, clean rooms that are tastefully decorated and a really good size. Breakfast was wonderful and very tasty. I'd very much recommend it for a visit to Llandudno.
