We were genuinely disappointed, especially given the price. The outside looks beautiful, but inside the place was very basic. The beds were hard, the decor shabby, and the main bedroom paint was patchy where repairs had been done. The en-suite shower had poor pressure and the water kept running cold. There were blinds instead of curtains, no microwave, blunt kitchen scissors, and a corkscrew that fell apart. There's just one TV in the whole house, which could be an issue if you're travelling with younger children. The kitchen was freezing while we ate dinner because the heating was on a timer. I asked everyone in our group if they'd stay again, and they all said no.
