Rosedene Quality Guesthouse

We stayed for four days with family and friends, and we all agreed we’d happily come back. Andrea and Mark are wonderful hosts. The whole place was clean and tidy, and there’s a decent sized lounge with a large TV. There’s even a beer bell you can ring when you fancy a drink or two, at reasonable prices. They don’t do breakfast, but there are so many places to get it in Llandudno that it didn’t matter. In fact, we preferred being able to get up whenever we liked. Definitely recommended.

The location of the Rosedene is ideal for the Great Orme, tram, pier and promenade, as well as shops and places to eat. It’s excellent value, and I highly recommend it. The hotel is immaculate throughout, and my room was quiet at the front of the property. There was enough cupboard and wardrobe space, plenty of hangers, a warm bathroom, and a great little shower. The bed was very comfortable with lovely modern bedding. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided and topped up. Downstairs there’s a lounge where guests can eat takeaways, with plates provided, plus tea and coffee and a fridge with bottled water. You can order alcoholic drinks from a menu by ringing the 'bar bell'. Fabulous host and beautiful hotel. I’ll definitely return.

Mark and Andrea are warm, lovely hosts, and their care made our stay even more enjoyable. The property is immaculately clean and ideally placed right in the heart of everything in Llandudno. A real gem, and we’d happily stay again.

The room was kept very clean, and everything I needed was available. The bed was so comfortable, and I felt safe in their beautifully designed home. Andrea and Mark are fantastic hosts, very personable and helpful. Restaurants, the beach, shops and the train station are all within walking distance. A superior find!
