Sefton Court

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy, and breakfast and service are good. The car park is a bonus. You’re close to the amenities, pier, seafront and tram up the Great Orme.

We’ve stayed here before and had a wonderful cooked breakfast then, but sadly it’s no longer available. The breakfast we had this time was absolutely fine and a good way to start the day. Sefton Court has a friendly, homely feel, and the staff were very welcoming. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre. We’d highly recommend the hotel.

Kathleen helped us with our suitcases to the room and was friendly and welcoming. This lovely family-run place had a clean, comfortable feel, and our room was very clean. We were pleased to find an empty mini fridge too. Sefton Court is within walking distance of all the main tourist sites. Breakfast was continental and enough to get us started for the day. If stairs are difficult for you, ask in advance for a first-floor room. There are two flights and no lift, as well as steps up to the guest house. The price was well worth it. I’d recommend booking directly with Sefton Court instead of through booking websites, as it’s a family business and even cheaper that way.

The owners were very friendly and knew the area well. Their tip led us to some stunning views of Llandudno. We were about a 6-8 minute walk from many attractions, including the Orme and the pier. This adorable B&B is run by a mother and daughter. The traditionally decorated bedrooms were spotless and spacious, with a comfortable sofa close enough to the TV for a good view, though we didn’t use it. The shower stayed hot, the carpets felt clean, and the mattress was the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a hotel. Our room had excellent WiFi, so streaming was easy, which matters in Llandudno! Breakfast was basic but exactly as described: all the toast we wanted, cereal, tea and coffee. Parking was good and check-in had a wide time window. We were at the back of the property, though the views from the front would have been stunning. I’d absolutely recommend it and would stay again.
