Mark and Tina were so friendly and ready to help with anything. The breakfast was a real treat, with a lovely choice and everything cooked or prepared just right from quality ingredients. The place was immaculate, smelled amazing, and even had tissues in the room. It's central to everything, too. We had a perfect stay and will definitely return to Llandudno, especially to stay here again.

I was visiting a friend nearby, and the off-street parking was a huge bonus in Llandudno. Tina and Mark made me feel welcome straight away, and Tina was thoughtful about what I might need, even pointing out where I could use an iron. The B&B was spotless and very comfortable, and I appreciated being able to book a single room instead of paying for a double I didn't need. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice for anyone wanting a cooked meal. I can't recommend the place highly enough and will be back. Thank you, Tina and Mark. 🙏

We found this place for our anniversary and had a really comfortable stay. It was quiet and clean, with a great location and parking on site. Mark and Tina were kind and friendly, and since it was our first time staying in a B&B, we were especially glad they exceeded our expectations. Every morning we looked forward to the excellent breakfast selection and service. Their tips on places to visit and eat were helpful, too.

We loved everything, from the people and breakfast to the hotel and lovely Llandudno. I stayed two nights in a single room that was a good size, with a wardrobe, drawers, shower and toilet. There was parking as well as street parking, and it made a handy starting point for walks. Both beaches were about a 10-minute stroll away. Thank you!

The host made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile, and the location was good. Our bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well aired. Breakfast came with lots of choice and quick waiter service. I had fresh fruit salad followed by a tasty omelette, while my friend said her full English was delicious. We had a lovely weekend, thanks.
